Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit RN – Hawaii Start Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Hawaii Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 hours per week following orientation; no call required Highlights: 15-bed Progressive Care Unit with Step Down ICU and telemetry monitoring capabilities Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:4 for Progressive Care; 1:3 for Step Down ICU Utilizes Meditech charting system and Pyxis medication management Exposure to continuous cardiac monitoring, telemetry strip reading, and BIPAP equipment Float opportunities across multiple acute care units including Medical, Surgical/Peds, ICU, and ER Professional scrubs dress code Requirements: Active Hawaii State RN license required by assignment start date Minimum 1 year of hospital acute care experience within the last year Progressive Care and telemetry experience preferred ACLS certification preferred PALS certification preferred NIHSS certification preferred Availability to arrive the Thursday before start date for Friday employee health appointment Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Progressive Care Unit position offers a balanced and rewarding clinical experience with manageable ratios and a diverse patient population.
