Job Description:
PAID TIME OFF: Paid Days Off (PDO) benefit accrues time off for
sick, absent, tardy, vacation, personal, etc. at 4.66 minutes for
every hour worked after successfully passing the introductory
period. Accrual levels increase with length of service. HOLIDAYS:
Eight holidays are paid at time and one-half if worked and criteria
is met. INSURANCE: Medical: available on first of month after four
weeks of at least 20 hours each OTHER BENEFITS: Flexible Spending
Account (FSA): Pre-tax account for medical and dependent care
expenses available. Group Life Insurance: $6,000 policy provided
without cost after passing introductory period and regularly
scheduled for at least 20 hours per week. Voluntary Insurance:
cancer, accident, critical and whole life available for associate
purchase during annual open enrollment period after passing

team. As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA
is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned
patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and
Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver
direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting,

and Licensure Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of a State-approved CNA program Currently
registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active
license in good standing throughout employment. One (1) year
skilled nursing experience preferred CPR certification upon hire or
obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current
during employment. Specific Job Requirements Make independent

customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
