The candidate for this position will be based out of Hawaii and
will assist with on-site permitting compliance on construction and
operational renewable assets in the State of Hawaii. The candidate
should be able to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team
environment, take direction and complete tasks in a thorough and
efficient manner. The candidate must be able to work independently
and be self-driven to accomplish goals and objectives, while
maintaining oversight of potentially several construction and
operational projects at a time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the onsite
compliance of construction during the construction phase of solar
projects. Responsibilities include:

POSITION CONDITIONS
--- This position is performed in a primarily field
environment.
--- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
--- 50% of time may be dedicated to field activities in varying
environmental conditions including inclement weather and steep
grades.
--- Some night and weekend work may be required for this
position.
--- Involves travel within the State of Hawaii
--- Adherence to AES safety rules and safety performance
expectations

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of
employment, is between $65,000 and $80,750/Annual; however, base
pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,
including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. The total compensation package for this position may
also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a
full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or
other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time
off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave),
dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in
these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an
offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an at-will
position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary
(as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation
program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual
performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and
market factors.
