          • We believe in speed in the marketplace.Job Description: Lead ProcessorThis position is responsible for nurturing and processing customer leads through Facebook Messenger, Email and Text Message through 1 to 1 interaction with leads and also conducting strategic direct marketing campaigns on a set schedule.Candidates will be fully trained on how to qualify, process, and classify leads quickly. This position involves providing customer service on the newest and most innovative services in real estate with the highest level of quality, service and integrity.Big Lead Gen, Inc. provides lead generation services in the real estate industry. We are a fast paced and high growth organization who is expanding rapidly and requiring lead processors to join our team. Candidates should be highly motivated by helping our customers WIN. Our customers win when they make more total contacts with the leads generated through our services. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving customer lifetime value. Daily Responsibilities
            • (1) Interact with Leads Generated By SERVICE DIVISION
              • Qualify leads
              • Tag leads properly
              • Alert real estate agent on next steps
              • Place in appropriate follow up sequence
              • (2) Outbound Marketing to Customer Database
                • Conduct regular direct marketing campaigns not limited to monthly newsletter, contest giveaways, Just Listed/Just Sold campaigns, and more.Requirements and PreferencesWe are hiring individuals with a history of proven customer service success, business development success, and “chat” success. We provide full training with much of the training being “hands on” The position does require the following:“The Big Three”

                    • Email/CRM Databases
                    • 2. STRONG TYPING SKILLS TO INCLUDE VERY HIGH WPM “Words Per Minute”
                    • 3. STRONG ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK ACROSS MULTIPLE PLATFORMS AT ONCEOther
                      • Strong communication skills and the ability to discover the lead’s goals
                      • Understanding of how to build quality relationships with new leads quickly
                      • Ability to increase customer lifetime value through delivering excellent service and communicating with customers on campaign objectives
                      • 4-year degree (preferred but not required)
                      • Minimum of 2 plus years prior lead processing or customer experience preferred
                      • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
                      • Must be a strong relationship builder and possess a high sense of personal motivation
                      • Must be comfortable with using multiple CRM platforms at once
                      • Track record of going “above and beyond” in your assigned tasks/duties
                      • Strong listening skills
                      • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
                      • Prior work experience required
                      • Ability to think “outside the box” and being creative at getting the leads to respondCompensation will range from $32,000 - $42,000 annually depending on experience.
