Honakaa, HI 26-week contract Setting: SNF Requirements: 1 year of
recent experience Active Physical Therapist License Current
BLS/BCLS Certification Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from
an accredited PT program TheraEx Therapy Job ID 26-01457. Pay
package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to
confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. About
