Key Responsibilities: - Schedule - Traditional or 7 on 7 off - Perform diagnostic procedures such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and liver biopsies to evaluate and treat gastrointestinal conditions. - Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history. - Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. - Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
