Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions in an urgent, outpatient setting. - Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. - Analyze diagnostic and examination results to determine differential diagnosis. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the diagnosis, patient needs, preferences, and medical history. - Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. - Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
