04/06/2026 Job Description: Seeking Angiography professional with
Cardiac Cath, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology skill set.
Requirements: Any traveler not currently in possession of an active
State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate
must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. Proof of flu
vaccination or facility approved application for medical or
religious exception will be required prior to contract start date.
Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health
clearance appointment. Minimum 2 years of experience. Must arrive
the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health
appointment on Friday. Requirements Required for Onboarding Core
