Ultrasound Tech Location: Hilo, HI Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,200 to $2,400 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00/Hourly. Summary: The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations including general, abdominal, and obstetric/gynecologic studies. This role is responsible for producing high-quality images, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions while adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, and gynecologic studies. Obtain and evaluate appropriate images, measurements, and data for interpretation by the radiologist or ordering provider. Verify patient identity, review orders, and obtain relevant clinical history. Prepare and position patients for ultrasound procedures, ensuring comfort, privacy, and safety. Recognize normal and abnormal anatomy and document findings accurately. Requirements Requirements: 3 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, ARDMS (AB)(OB)(RVT).
