Occupational Therapist Location: Hilo, HI Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,890 to $2,084 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title HI - IP Rehab OT Acute - Days City/State: Hilo, Hawaii Shift: Days, Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Contract Length: 8.00-5,182 Start Date: 03/16/2026 Job Description: Coverage in Rehab and Acute Rehab to evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients either as Outpatient or Inpatient. Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the ordering physician. Responsibilities: Regularly update treatment plan and home exercise program. Independently manage a full caseload. Know when to perform re-evaluations based off insurance authorization. Work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on hospital operations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' work experience in outpatient and acute settings working with adults. Must have Hawaii license. BLS from American Red Cross. Familiarity with EMR Net Health Therapy and Meditech. Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer.
