ICONMA is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Description: General job duties. Types of procedures required. Primary Nursing care, Telemetry monitoring, Telemetry strip reading, Fingerstick blood sugar. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Meditech charting, Pyxis for medications, BIPAP, Continuous cardiac monitoring Required skills and minimum years of experience. At least 1 year hospital acute care within the last year. Progressive Care and telemetry experience preferred. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. ACLS preferred, current PALS preferred, NIHSS certification preferred Specialty: Nursing Sub Specialty(s): Cardiac Progressive Care (CPCU) EMR Used: EPIC Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Certifications/Requirements ACLS BLS/BCLS Progressive Care Unit. 15 bed unit. 3 Step down ICU; 12 telemetry. 1:4 for Progressive Care; 1:3 for Step down ICU ICONMA Job ID 26-00290. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
