hours per week following first full week of orienta Description:
Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI
license must apply upon acceptance of offer. ??Candidate must have
Hawaii License by start of assignment.No holiday RTO requests
please.Day or Night Shift Availability (TBD) - 13-week contract -
Scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of
orientation. Will be required to work various shift lengths and
various days. Must be flexible. No guarantee of hours. No guarantee
of shift preference. General job duties: RN med/surg level care of
patients 18 and over. May float to surg peds or transitional care
units.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech EMR, Pyxis,
wound vac, chest tubes, etc.Required skills and minimum years of
experience: 2 years med surg or higher level of care. Specific
licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS required,
ACLS is preferred.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept:
Medical - 50Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: Medical 1:5 Dress
Code: Professional nursing attire. No specific scrub colors. Closed
toe shoes.Department specific training and orientation program:
Included in the first week of orientation. Additional arrive the
Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment
on Friday. Please do not accept the start date offered if they
