Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE Inpatient experience Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab.TO EVALUATE AND RE-EVALUATE ASSIGNED RESIDENTS/PATIENTS; PLAN AND IMPLEMENT AN ONGOING THERAPEUTIC PHYSICAL THERAPY PROGRAM AS PRESCRIBED BY THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN AND/OR CONSULTING SPECIALIST AND PROVIDE CONSULTING PHYSICAL THERAPIST SERVICES. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SHIFTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NECESSARY BASED ON HOSPITAL OPERATIONS.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.EMR - MeditechRequired skills and minimum years of experience.minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults (Acute, rehab hosp., SNF)Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.BLSShift or schedule requirements.
