Fast Start & Supportive Onboarding What You’ll Be Doing - Provide one-on-one Physical Therapy care in patients’ homes - Perform evaluations, treatments, and progress assessments - Create personalized care plans focused on mobility and independence - Document visits accurately using EMR systems - Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional outcomes Schedule Details - 5 days/week | 8-hour shifts - Weekdays only (nights/weekends optional, higher pay if applicable) - Flexibility required—assignments based on patient needs Compensation & Bonuses - Weekday Day Shifts: $55–$60/hr - Nights/Weekends (if applicable): $56–$61/hr - $500 Sign-On Bonus – Start within 2 weeks - $500 Completion Bonus – Paid at end of 13-week contract ? What We’re Looking For - Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license - 2 years PT experience (Home Health strongly preferred) - Confident working independently in community settings - Strong documentation and communication skills - Reliable, patient-focused, and adaptable Compliance (Required) - AHA CPR/BLS & First Aid (hands-on) - TB clearance - Immunizations/Titers - Background check & fingerprinting This Is Perfect For You If You Want ?
