Job Description ProLink Allied is seeking a travel Pharmacist
for a travel job in Oahu, Hawaii. Job Description & Requirements -
Specialty: Pharmacist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional -
Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 16 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:
8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel 2 years as a Clinical
Hospital Pharmacist, preferably with experience in rounding with a
medical team, monitoring of patient drug therapy, phamacokinetic
dosing and patient counseling and education. Experience in unit
dose and IV services preferred. Current Hawaii State license as a
Registered Pharmacist Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred
Post-graduate clinical residency accredited by the American Society
of Health-System Pharmacists preferred ProLink Allied Job ID
2092089. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per
week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be
