Job Description ICONMA is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med
Surg for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13
weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment
Type: Travel Description: Medical and religious exemption requests
will not be accepted in lieu of documented proof of immunity.
General Job duties: Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights
Types of procedures required. Flex Rn Floats between various
medical and surgical units Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes. Required skills and
minimum years of experience. 2-10 years’ experience Specific
licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS, ACLS
(Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC) Floating to
other units/departments. Medical Unit; Laulima Unit; Cardiovascular
Unit (on rare occasions) Bed size/number of rooms for this
unit/dept. Medical - 77; Laulima (surgical Acute) - 18;
Cardiovascular Unit - 15 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.
Laulima 1:6 Cardiovascular 1:4 Tell us about the unit/department
specific training and orientation program. Orientation time
provided for each unit Specialty Type: Nursing Sub Specialties:
Med-surg Adult, Step Down EMR Used: EPIC Minimum Years of
Experience: 2 General Certifications: ACLS BLS/BCLS ICONMA Job ID
26-00254. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per
week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be
