Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Hilo, HI Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,058 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Hawaii Start Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Hawaii Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Flexible day or night shift rotation; three 12-hour shifts (36 hours) per week following orientation, plus two 12-hour call shifts per 4-week roster period Highlights: Work in an 11-bed intensive care unit with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio Utilize Meditech EMR system in a modern critical care environment Comprehensive 1-week orientation (up to 40 hours) to support your success Opportunity to expand skills through cross-training in other critical care and step-down units Professional work environment with standard scrubs dress code Perform a variety of ICU procedures and interventions in a dynamic acute care setting Requirements: Active Hawaii State RN License (must be obtained by assignment start date if not currently held) Minimum 3 years of Intensive Care Unit nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications NIH Stroke Scale Certification (must submit current certification or complete 45-minute online course during orientation) Flexibility to work day or night shifts based on unit staffing needs Willingness to float to other critical care and step-down units as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This ICU position offers the chance to provide high-acuity patient care in a beautiful island setting while maintaining an optimal 2:1 patient ratio that supports quality nursing practice.
