Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Hilo, HI Agency: Pioneer Healthcare Services Pay: $1,846 to $1,903 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Critical Care Unit (CCU) in Hilo, HI this position might be what you are looking for! Responsibilities: Provide direct, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions, such as cardiac failure, sepsis, respiratory distress, and post-surgical complications. Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, neurological status, and overall condition. Administer and manage complex medications, including vasoactive drugs, sedatives, anticoagulants, and pain management therapies. Operate and monitor life-supporting equipment, such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and intra-aortic balloon pumps.
