ID: 74915157 Shift: Must be flexible - Day or Night shift to be determined per roster period dependent on staffing needs Description: Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer.??Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.?General Job duties. Types of procedures required.3 years Intensive Care ExperienceEquipment utilized in the unit/dept. MeditechRequired skills and minimum years of experience.3 years min ICU experienceSpecific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS, ACLS, HI license, NIH SS Cert (submit certification or take online 45 min classas part oforientation)Shift or schedule requirements.Must be flexible - Day or Night shift to be determined per roster period dependent on staffing needs. 3 12-hourshifts (36 hours) per weekfollowing first week of orientation. 2 12-hourcall shifts per 4-weekroster period.Floating to other units/departments.When needed may float out to other critical care and step-down units.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.11Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.2:1Dress wear - Scrubs1 week orientation up to 40 hours Additional arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday.
