Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job ID: 70840246 Position: Interventional/Cardiac/Vascular Technologist Shift: Variable Day Shifts – 8 or 10 hours Call Requirement: - Required - 1–2 weekdays per week - Every 3rd–4th weekend - Includes holidays Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days) Billing String: Medefis Position Urgency: Normal Unit Information: - Unit: Interventional/Cardiac/Vascular - Labs: 2 - Call Team: 4-person team - Procedures: - Interventional Radiology (IR) - Vascular - Cardiac - Cardiac catheterization - Angiography - Pacemaker insertion - Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) insertion Required Experience & Skills: - Minimum: 2 years in an interventional cath lab - Must demonstrate: - Knowledge of diagnostic/interventional cardiology - Understanding of IR, cardiovascular, and vascular procedures - Competence in hemodynamic monitoring - Basic understanding of: - CT (Computerized Tomography) - MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) - Ultrasound - Nuclear Medicine - Radiology equipment and image processing Certifications Required: - BLS – American Heart Association Equipment & Documentation: - Charting/EMR: Meditech - Monitoring: Sensis - Imaging Equipment: Siemens About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
