medical director or assistant facility medical director for a
thriving hospitalist program located in beautiful Hilo, Hawaii.
Help lead a team of approximately 15 clinician FTEs plus 4 advanced
practice clinicians. This facility features an open ICU with no
procedures required. Clinicians work varying block scheduling.
Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary range of
$135 to $165 hourly, RVU and quality bonus, plus leadership
stipend, with the opportunity to earn additional incentives.
