Types of procedures required.Flex Rn Floats between various medical and surgical unitsShift or schedule requirements.12-hour shifts -Nights (1845-0715)-Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation.No guarantee of hours.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes; Required skills and minimum years of experience. 2-10 years experienceSpecific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS, ACLSFloating to other units/departments. Medical Unit; Laulima Unit; Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions)Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.Medical - 77; Laulima (surgical Acute) - 18; Cardiovascular Unit - 15Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nightsLaulima 1:6Cardiovascular 1:4Ratio may vary due to unexpected leavesDress Code.Professional nursing attire - clean scrubsTell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.Orientation time provided for each unit Additional be fully vaccinated for COVID - no exceptions Position Billing string = Medefis
