Experienced Advanced Practice provider needed to join the Cardiology team in a permanent role, providing the full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient cardiac Rehab care in a collaborative environment. Medical, dental, vision, and Prescription Drug Coverage is also provided. There is also a generous relocation package.
