Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Doctor Of Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team You will plan physical rehabilitative programs that improve strength, movement, and overall fitness of our patients regardless of diagnosis. We are serious about being the change in the rehabilitation world focusing on empowering our patients to take charge of their lives by moving more and getting stronger. Responsibilities: Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on strength, injury prevention, and wellness Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress Record and document patient care services according to insurance guidelines by end of business day Collaborate and supervise with other support personnel to achieve well-rounded care Qualifications: Graduate from accredited physical therapy program, successful completion of NPTE, and license to practice in the State of Hawaii (or is able to be licensed prior to start date) Previous experience is preferred but NEW GRADS with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply Ability to handle physical workload Ability to build rapport with patients and effectively work as a TEAM with co-workers Strong ability to learn from other coworkers and share knowledge as well Projected Start Date: BEFORE June 1, 2021 - Everyone starts as part-time until completion of 90-day probation.
