    Registered ARRT Radiologic Technologist. Employee must be available to check in with EH/HR the Friday prior to their Monday start date for EH appointment. General Requirements: A minimum of two (2) years as a registered radiographic technologist. Must have experience which demonstrates a thorough knowledge of X-ray procedures and/or techniques such as myelograms, arthrograms, etc., including the X-raying of such areas of the human anatomy as the chest, skull, gastro-intestinal tract, and urinary tract. Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in the operation of radiographic equipment; functions independently without supervision. Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols, medical terminology, standard precautions, government regulatory requirements and accrediting standards. Must have dosimeter badge. Successful completion of a certificate/associate degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program (military training program acceptable). A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer. A current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
