HPM Building Supply is seeking to hire a full-time Purchasing Manager in Hilo, Hawaii to work behind the scenes to help ensure an experience that wows our customers and grows our 100% ESOP company. Leading a team of Buyers/Assistant Buyers, the Purchasing Manager ensures strong financial performance, relentlessly improves department practices, collaborates with Marketing on promotions, and builds strong partnerships with vendors and co-owners. • 10 years' experience in purchasing or managing a purchasing team, preferably in the same or related industry.
• Previous industry or related industry preferred.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
