Duties and Responsibilities:-- This position is responsible for actively directing the daily operations of our Medical Oncology clinic--as well as developing programs to support the clinic. The Clinic Operations Director will ensure that operations are--in full compliance with all applicable statutes, regulations, organizational policies and procedures, as well as--accreditation standards, while staying within budgetary constraints. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate past success in areas of:

• Quality/patient satisfaction measures
• Directing the work of both clerical and administrative staff
• Staffing the clinics
• Forecasting changes needed or impacted by patient load, billing, and collections, in accord with government regulations
• Acting as a liaison with patients, businesses, hospitals, physicians, administration and our community
• Establishing policies and procedures that are pertinent to operations
• Communication and marketing
• Teamwork with physicians This position is EXEMPT from Civil Service. EDUCATION: -- Bachelors or Masters preferred. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:-- One year of clinic administration. Must be available to work shifts as necessary, based on hospital operations. Services are provided 24/7.
